Highburton Playgroup is Ofsted registered and copies of all the playgroup policies are available in the foyer or by request at all times. Highburton Playgroup fully support children with Special Educational Needs and operate a full SEN policy. We also promote Equal Opportunities for all. The playgroup has a comprehensive safeguarding policy, which can be found below.
At Highburton Playgroup we take the privacy of children and parents seriously, we will only use personal data for the purpose for which is was collected. You can find our Privacy Notice below.
Queries
We hope that you feel you can come and talk to us – either staff or Committee members. If you have any comments, critical or otherwise, please let us know, so that we can talk it over and take appropriate action.
If you have any worries about your child at playgroup, please have a chat with any member of staff. All of the staff have children and may have had similar difficulties. It often helps to just talk things over.
